When do I receive my referral reward?

After your referral signs a lease, moves in, and both you and your referral have maintained active rentals for at least 90 days, you’ll receive your free month of rent.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

No, refer as many people as you’d like. You can earn multiple free months of rent as long as each referral meets the program requirements.

Can I refer someone who already contacted you?

Typically no. Referrals must be submitted or mentioned before the new customer moves in to qualify.

  • The referral must be made prior to move-in and the referrer’s name must be provided at the time of rental
  • Both the referrer and the referred customer must maintain active rentals for a minimum of 90 days
  • The referral reward will be issued after the 90-day qualification period has been successfully completed
